Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Olive oil for spraying
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Preparation

  1. Trim the bottom of each Brussels sprout and then cut in half lengthwise. Place the Air Fry Basket onto the Baking Pan and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the halved sprouts in the basket and then sprinkle with salt and lightly spray with olive oil.
  2. Air fry in the upper position with the temperature set to 300°F and the time set to 20 minutes. When time expires, set temperature to 350°F for an additional 10 minutes. Sprouts should be soft yet crispy.
  3. While sprouts are air frying, stir together the honey, sriracha, and lime juice in a medium-size mixing bowl. Once the Brussels sprouts are ready, toss in the sauce and serve immediately.
