Ingredients
3 Cups cooked, Mashed Yams or 24 oz can drained.
½ Cup Butter
½ Cup Miniature Marshmallows
2 eggs
1 Cup Sugar
½ Cup Pecans, chopped
1 Cup Crushed Corn Flakes
½ Cup Butter
½ Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions
Mix yams, ½ Cup butter, marshmallows, eggs, and 1 Cup sugar in bowl. Spread in a casserole dish, if doubling recipe, use a 9x13 pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Topping: mix pecans, crushed corn flakes, ½ cup butter and brown sugar together. Sprinkle on top of yam mixture and bake in oven til browned about 10-15 minutes.
