Curried Culiflower

Tasty veggie side dish with allittle kick.


1 large head Cauliflower, cooked or frozen 1/2 tsp salt 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tsp curry powder 1/2 cup bread brumbs 4 TBS melted butter

Combine the salt, soup, cheese, mayo, and curry powder. Mix in the cauliflower. Place in a 9x13 pan. Top with the breadcrumbs mixed with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
