4 large potatoes
cream cheese
chives
milk
salt and pepper

Instructions
Peel and quarter potatoes. Boil water and add potatoes.
Boil until tender.
Put potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, 4 tablespoon cream cheese, ½c milk and a handful of chopped fresh chives in a food processor.
Blend until creamy.
