Cranberry Salad


1 package fresh cranberries, ground 1/2 cup sugar 1 medium can crushed pineapple 1 cup purple grapes – cut grapes in half 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts 1 package miniature marshmallows 1/2 pint whipping cream 1/2 cup sugar

Mix cranberries and 1/2 cup sugar; let stand for 10 minutes. Add pineapple, grapes, nuts, and marshmallows. Whip cream until stiff, adding remaining 1/2 cup sugar gradually. Fold into fruit mixture. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
