Cranberry Salad

The only cranberry salad my family will eat! Very easy and delicious.




2 C. fresh cranberries 2 oranges in segments, & peel from 1 orange 2 red apples unpeeled, cored, & sliced 1½ C. sugar 3 oz. box orange jello ½ C. chopped walnuts

Grind cranberries, oranges, rind from 1 orange, and apples. This can be done in the blender. Add sugar. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Dissolve jello in 1C. hot water and cool slightly. Add to fruit and add nuts. Refrigerate until set.
