1 C Jalapeno jello
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
juice of 1 orange
6 oz dried cranberries
12 oz fresh cranberries
¾ c finely chopped red onion
½ c chopped fresh cilantro
1-3 serrano peppers, seeded and chopped

In saucepan melt together jalapeno jelly, cinnamon and orange juice. Remove from heat and add dried cranberries, mixing well; set aside to cool.
In another saucepan bring 1 c water to a boil. Add fresh cranberries. When they being to pop, remove from heat, drain; rinse in cold water. Chop in food processor.
Mix jelly mixture with chopped cranberries, red onion, cilantro and serrano peppers.
I also like to add some orange zest for additional color and texture.
Can be made several days ahead of time.
