Corn Pudding

This is a great side dish and is easy to prepare. The name is sometimes misleading because pudding is usually thought of as dessert; however, in this recipe, pudding is more the consistency of the dish. Guaranteed to have an empty dish at the end of the meal. It is a wonderful dish to prepare for church fellowships, holiday meals or just for everyday.
