Corn pudding casserole, is a southern vegetable dish, NOT a dessert.

½ stick Butter-melted
2 cans (1 lb. ea.) cream corn
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn- drained
½ cup sugar or splenda
4 large eggs-lightly beaten
2 tabl. flour
1 cup milk
Butter spray

Instructions
Grease a 2 quart casserole dish - or 9 x 9 pan with butter spray - glass dish use 325 degree.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into buttered greased casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour... Uncovered
