Corn Casserole

This is a GREAT side dish to any meal, very cheap and easy to make, and LOVED by everyone! I GUARANTEE IT! I get constant praise from people when they try this for the first time!




1 BOX Jiffy Corn bread mix. 1 STICK butter. 1 can Whole Kernel Corn. 1 can Creamed Corn. 1 container of Sour Cream.

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a casserole dish by greasing the area lightly. In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Pour the melted butter into a mixing bowl. Add the creamed corn, jiffy corn bread mix and the sour cream to the mixing bowl, and mix items completely. Slowly stir in the DRAINED whole kernel corn. Pour the finished mixture into the casserole dish. Place the corn casserole into the oven at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until firm in the center.
