Instructions
Quarter and slice cabbage and place into large bowl. Slice Onion, Green pepper and grate carrot and place on top of the cabbage.
In a sauce pan, put the sugar, salad oil, vinegar, celery seed, mustard, salt Garlic and oregano. Mix and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and allow to rest for 30 min. Keep pot covered to avoid evaporation.
At this time, pour the liquid mix over the Cabbage. Allow to stand three hours, add capers, mix and refrigerate overnight.
