Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

A baked sliced potato and cheese side dish recipe




4-5 raw potatoes 1 10 oz. block of cheddar cheese- sliced thin (or any type of cheese desired, or 2 different types of cheese) 1-2 onions sliced salt, pepper, parsley

Grease inside of a baking/casserole dish Wash potatoes, and with skins on, slice thin. Slice the onions and block of cheddar cheese thin. Start with a layer of potatoes on bottom of baking dish, then add a handful of onions, some salt pepper and parley, and finish with a layer of cheddar cheese. Repeat layering to top, ending with cheese on top. Bake covered at 375 for 35 min. Uncover and continue baking for 15 min. or until cheese is browned.
