CORN CASSEROLE
1 can (16 oz.) cream style corn
¼ c. melted butter
½ c. plus 2 tablespoon. corn bread mix (Jiffy)
¼ c. water
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
Shredded Cheese for topping

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and turn into 1½ quart casserole. Sprinkle Shredded Cheese on Top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
