Ingredients

8 large carrots 2 large yellow bell peppers Golden raisins or craisins Olive oil Raspberry vinegar Salt & pepper

Instructions

Peel carrots and grate in your Cuisinart food processor. Wash and remove stem and core of bell peppers. Remove grating blade and put on slicing blade. Slice the bell peppers in your Cuisinart. Put carrot and bell pepper in a bowl. Add raisins/craisins, olive oil, salt, pepper, and raspberry vinegar to taste.
