Mixture of Red leaf and green leaf luttuce (enough to fill a medium or large salad bowl)
1/2 C. Blueberries
1C. Strawberries, sliced
1 C. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 C. Mozzerella cheese, cubed
1/2 C. candied pecans*see note

Toss all ingredients in a bowl except salad dressing. Then toss in salad dressing.
*For candied pecans place in a saucepan with about 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (or until there is enough to coat nuts) and cook on stovetop on medium heat until sugar is browned onto nuts (about 2-5min). Spread nuts on wax paper and cool.
