1 Head cabbage(savoy if available) 1 large can white beans olive oil two heads garlic crushed red pepper chicken stock poultry seasoning

Core and cut cabbage into bite sized pieces. Drop into boiling water until cabbage is slightly softened. Start about a tablespoon of olive oil in skillet and add diced garlic. Drain cabbage and add to pan with garlic. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper to the pan. Add 1 and ½ cup chicken stock and warm through. It is ready to serve.
