Savory fried okra with crispy bacon with a surprise vingerette
Ingredients
12 slices Thick Sliced Pepper Bacon
1 large bag of Okra-Breaded (thawed)
Additional oil as needed
2 Tomatoes - Chopped
1 bunch Green Onions - sliced
½ Bell Pepper - chopped
⅓ c Vinegar
½ c Sugar
¼ c Olive Oil

Instructions
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan. Fry okra in bacon grease (add additional oil if needed) until crisp.
Mix tomatoes, onions, & bell peppers with vinegar, sugar and oil together. Combine with fried okra & crumbled bacon.
