Great combination. Goes good with steaks, ribs or BBQ chicken.
1 ripe avocado
5 fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup red onion
3 T balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Peel and cut up avocado. Thinly slice the mushrooms. Dice the red onion. Put in medium bowl. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper. Lightly toss. Chill.
