Asian Coleslaw

This is an easy fool-proof salad that is always a big hit at parties. You can add lots of different veggies and ad-lib to your taste. You can also make it meat-less or more hearty with the addition of some protein It's nice to serve a tasty, healthier side salad amongst all the rich & heavy Superbowl party snacks.

For the Salad : 1 Bag Coleslaw Mix 3-4 sliced Green Onions 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms (optional) 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (optional) 1 Cup Snap or Snow Peas 1 Cup Sliced Chicken or Turkey Breast (optional) ⅔ cup Toasted Almonds (optional 1 package Ramen Noodles (crushed) For the dressing 1 pkg. Ramen noodle Seasoning ½ cup Canola Oil 3 teaspoon. White Vinegar or Rice Wine Vinegar 2-4 Tbsp Soy Sauce (to your taste) 1 Tsp White Sugar

Combine all salad ingredients into a Mid to Large size salad bowl. Prepare dressing ingredients in a cruet or jar with a lid (so you can shake to dissolve sugar and noodle seasoning). Shake vigorously, until all the sugar and seasoning is dissolved. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
