Not so Classic Cesar Salad

This is a delicious salad with few carbs and high in flavor. The flavors meld together to be absolutely delicious. You can add more or less bacon or chicken to fit your preference. It's a highly flexible recipe. You can even substitute the chicken for shrimp. I usually put everything in a covered container and shake to combine."

6 Lettuce Leaves (Hearts of Romaine Preferred)

3 Strips THICK cut Bacon

1/4 - 1/2 Cup Chicken Cooked and Cut how you prefer

2 Tbsp Cesar or Asiago Peppercorn Dressing

Parmesan Cheese

Black Olive Slices

Cook Chicken however you want it, grilled, baked, etc. try to keep the spices simple

Cook your bacon according to preference, but crispy bacon preferred (replaces croutons)

Add 2 tbsp of Cesar or Asiago Peppercorn dressing

Add the chicken to the mix
