Broccoli SaladUser Submitted Recipe
4 cups raw broccoli (florets)
3 scallions, sliced fine
6 strips of bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
Make this the night before you are going to serve it. Combine all dry ingredients. Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar in separate bowl. Add to broccoli mixture and mix well, cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Serve next day.
