New York-Style Potato Salad
INGREDIENTS
5 lb bag red potatoes
1 onion, shredded
1/2 bottle Bernstein's Restaurant Style Ital Dressing
1-1/2 c real mayonnaise
Salt, pepper
Instructions
Boil red potatoes til barely tender. Cool to room temperature. Peel, combine with shredded onion. Mix mayo with dressing; toss with potato onion mixture, chill.
