Mrs Dash table blend
Melt two table spoons of bacon fat into a large heavey frying pan, add scrubed sliced potatos with the skins on. Sprinkle one teaspoon of Mrs. Dash table blend over the potatoes. Place in frying and pan and cook until brown. Cover and let them steam til tender, add the chopped onion, and cook until the onion is transparent.
