This dish always gets raves and is almost better a day later. It makes great leftovers and can be eaten as a meal in itself.

Ingredients

2 small cans of Butter Beans
2 small cans of Red Beans
1 large can of baked beans
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons of apple vinegar
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 lb of bacon
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Drain all beans and keep liquid. Cook the ground beef and put into slow cooker with beans, cut the bacon into small pieces and fry add to slow cooker and remaining ingredients. Slow cook on low for 4 hours. Use bean liquid to keep it moist. ENJOY!
