1 lb pasta of choice
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 cup milk or cream
1 tsp red pepper
chopped tomatoes 2 cups fresh or 1 can diced 14oz
Prepare pasta according to package
In separate pan low heat cream cheese, milk and red pepper until blended and smooth.
Add tomatoes and simmer 1 min.
Remove from heat and combine with drained pasta.
Serve with Parmesan on top.
