Sassy Slaw
INGREDIENTS
1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 jalapeῆo
1 large bunch of cilantro
4 limes
1 Tbsp sugar (to taste)
1 Tbsp canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Shred cabbage in Cuisinart and throw in large salad bowl
2. Using mandolin, very thinly slice jalepeῆo and onion and add to cabbage
3. Chop cilantro and add to cabbage mix
4. Prepare dressing in bowl, mixing juice of limes, sugar, oil, salt and pepper
5. Pour dressing onto cabbage and toss lightly
