Poppa's Potato Salad

My dad made this recipe for years. He passed away 13 years ago and I still think of him when I make this."

Ingredients

2 cups Celery chopped finely
1 large Onion chopped
24 ounces Pickle relish, sweet
24 ounces Mayonnaise
10 Eggs hard boiled
1/2 teaspoon Celery salt
1 teaspoon Celery seed
5 lbs Potatoes, red (peeled or with skins left on)


Instructions

Boil potatoes and eggs. Let cool. Add remaing ingredients. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
