Creamy and Crunch Corn


4 cups of thawed frozen corn
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of whipping cream
1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
1 cup of chopped cooked bacon

1 cup of chopped cooked bacon
1/2 cup of pecans


In a medium frying pan, melt stick of butter on medium heat. Sautee bell pepper in melted better. Add corn and stir until light brown. Add cream, sugar, salt and bell pepper. Cook on low for 10 minutes. Add pecans and bacon and serve.
