Quick Buffalo stuffed peppers


8 Green peppers uncooked
1 cup white rice uncooked
1 lb. buffalo burger
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 med. onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp salt
l tsp fresh ground pepper


Wash and clean peppers set aside.
Mix all ingredients together and stuff into peppers.
Put everything raw into the pressure cooker
Add 1 cup water
Put lid on tight
Select high pressure and set timer for 20 min. when audible beep sounds use quick release
Remove lid carefully
