A colorful salad for a summer day

Summer Salad
INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen peas, thawed
3 cups cheese filled tortellini
1/2 large cucumber, sliced and quartered
1/4 red pepper cut in small pieces
1/4 green pepper cut in small pieces
1 medium tomato diced or a handful of grape tomatoes
1 small can chopped mushrooms (optional)
3 strips chopped cooked bacon
boiled egg
Instructions
Cook tortellini per directions, drain
In a large bowl toss together tortellini, peas, peppers, tomato, mushrooms, and bacon.
Top with sliced boiled egg
Dish up and top with your favorite salad dressing
