Creamy cole slaw as easy as 1,2,3!

8-12 depending on size of cabbage
Ingredients
head of cabbage
1⅓ cup mild white vinegar
2⅔ cup granulated sugar
3-1 cup whipping cream (DO NOT WHIP)

Instructions
Grate cabbage in Cuisnart, set aside
Place regular blade in Cuisinart and blend the vinegar, sugar and whipping cream.
Pour dressing over cabbage about 1 hour before serving, toss to coat cabbage (Note: It looks as if there isn't enough dressing, but there always is)
This will keep about 24 hours and then the quality deteriorates.
