Ingredients

  • 1tablespoon olive oil
  • ½teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • ½teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • ½teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour over steaks to fully coat and marinate for 1 hour.
