Ingredients
- 1tablespoon olive oil
- ½teaspoon grated lemon zest
- ½teaspoon sea or kosher salt
- ½teaspoon fresh rosemary
- ½teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- 1.In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour over steaks to fully coat and marinate
for 1 hour. - 2.Follow instructions in chart on page 8 for grilling steaks.
