Ingredients
- 1 small garlic clove, peeled
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 scallion, trimmed, cut in
- 1-inch pieces
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- ½to ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
- Insert the universal blade into the Cuisinart® 7-Cup or 9 Cup Food Processor. With the unit running, drop the garlic and jalapeño through the feed tube to finely chop. Scrape the work bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and pulse to roughly chop, about 7 to 8 pulses.
- Strain any excess liquid before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning according to preference.
