Ingredients

1clove garlic, peeled and finely minced½teaspoon dry mustard½teaspoon ginger¼cup fresh lemon juice1tablespoon sherry vinegar3tablespoons vegetable oil2tablespoons yellow miso*1teaspoon toasted sesame oil*Miso is available at Asian grocery stores and health food markets.

Preparation

Place garlic, mustard, ginger, lemon juice and vinegar in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Add Miso and oil and continue whisking until emulsified.
