Ingredients
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
Preparation
- 1. Insert Metal Chopping Blade. Add ¼ cup red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon Dijon, ½ teaspoon each dried parsley, dried basil, dried thyme and salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper to the work bowl.
- 2. The food processor is set to process on speed 6. When started, slowly add ¾ cup olive oil until all ingredients are homogenous.
