This thin sauce, served cold, is a great accompaniment for grilled meats.

Ingredients
- ½cup plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1teaspoon kosher salt
- ½cup packed fresh mint leaves
- ½teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and
cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
- Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender jar. Secure lid.
- Select Speed 10 and press Start. Blend until smooth, about 15 to 20 seconds.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Serve immediately. If not using right away, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
