Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- Pinch kosher salt
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
- 1. Insert Metal Chopping Blade. Add 1 teaspoon each orange zest and thyme, ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons orange juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard and pinch salt.
- 2. Secure the Cooking Lid. The processor is set to chop for 1 minute on Speed 6. Once started, slowly add ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil through the Steam Vent.
