Ingredients

1pint sour cream1½bunches fresh cilantro 5garlic cloves¼large sweet onion (e.g., Vidalia)¾pound peeled fresh ginger, cut into ½-inch pieces (about ¼ cup chopped)1small jalapeño, seeded and cut into ½-inch pieces½teaspoon sea salt½teaspoon granulated sugar

Preparation

Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the jar of your Cuisinart® PowerEdge® 1000 Watt Blender. Run on High for 40 seconds. The chutney is best served after chilling in the refrigerator for a day or two to help meld the flavors.
