1 large ripe avocado
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ cup mayonnaise, reduced fat
½ cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk
¼ cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped mint
1 tablespoon chopped dill
3 small green onions, chopped
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Scoop avocado into a medium mixing bowl. Insert the mixing beaters into the Cuisinart® Hand Mixer. Mix on speed 1 and slowly increase to speed 3 to mash. Once mashed, add the remaining ingredients in order listed beginning with the lemon juice and finishing with the spices. Dressing should be smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly.
