This is not a traditional BBQ sauce but it is oh so delicious. The chicken is so moist and flavorful. It is one of my families summertime favorites. It serves a big crowd or scale it down for a small family. Better yet use the left overs for chicken salads, casseroles, sandwiches etc! Everyone loves this recipe!

3 Tbsp poultry seasoning

Add oil, vinegar, salt and seasonings to a blender and mix thoroughly.
Add eggs one at a time and pulse until incorporated. Sauce may foam up a little.
Let rest in refrigerator for about 15 to twenty minutes while preparing chicken.
Wash and trim chicken as desired and place in a container that will allow for all chicken to be covered with marinade. Chicken with the bones and skin is best for this recipe.
Let chicken marinate for at least 4 hours but overnight is best.
