The Saddle Salad Dressing

I keep this in a cruet and serve. I'm guessing it will serve 10 to 12 depending on how much is poured on the salad.


1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard 1/2 c. salad oil 2 Tbsp. olive oil 5 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Combine and mix all ingredients well, slowly adding oils. Can be refrigerated, but must bring to room temperature before using.
