½cup plain lowfat yogurt 2tablespoons chopped parsley ½garlic clove, finely chopped 1/2tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1/2teaspoon finely chopped lemon zest ½tablespoon lemon juice 1teaspoon dill weed ¼teaspoon kosher salt
