Blend heavy whipping cream, unsalted butter, fresh grated parmesan cheese together then add diced smoked salmon, capers, and sundried tomatoes. Simmer and constantly stir for 10 minutes. Serve over Penne and sprinkle fresh parsley and grated cheese on top.
