Razzleberry Dressing

We make this cranberry relish/dressing at Thanksgiving and Christmas. It looks so festive, and everyone loves it. I go easy on the chile for the children, but you can always have more on the side for those who prefer a little kick.




2 bags (12 oz each) fresh cranberries 3 crisp tart apples, peeled, cored and diced 1 cup sugar zest from one orange 1 small serreno chile, seeded and minced (add to taste) 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

Coarsely chop the fresh cranberries in Cuisinart. Add the remaining ingredients and toss together. Let rest at room temperature for about an hour before serving, or store in refrigerator for later. Notes: We serve this with our Thanksgiving turkey, and it also serves well at a holiday buffet, because of the bright Christmas colors. It looks beautiful served in a crystal or white bowl.
