A really versatile sauce.
12 oz, plum jam
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons ground allspice

Place all ingredients in a saucepan, heat and store until jam is melted. This can be poured over chicken or chops for baking, or used in a slow cooker for simmered sweet and sour dishes.
