2 lg tomatoes (prefer Roma)diced 1 med-lg diced yellow onion med bunch of cilantro (to taste) juice from ½ lemon tbs minced garlic teaspoon salt 2 jalapenos (or more if you like HOT) ½ cucumber diced 1 avocado peeled and diced

Instructions

In one bowl toss all diced veggies, rough chop cilantro and add to veggies, add salt, chopped jalapenos, lemon juice and garlic. Mix well and serve. Notes - you can roast your tomatoes for deeper flavor also if you prefer a smooth salsa you can put it all in blender and pulse.
