Sweet and spicy BBQ using in season peaches and smokey chipotle will heat up your Labor Day Picnic.
Grill and serve to guests, or cook the chicken before hand and bring the meat for sandwiches to a park or the beach!
3 garlic cloves
1 small white onion and ½ leek
3 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 canned chipotle peppers
1 tablespoon adobe sauce
3 red tomatoes
1 medium orange
salt to taste
3-4 lbs of chicken meat: can be what ever you like to grill. Grilling with the skin on adds more flavor.

Roast the garlic, onion, and white part of the leek in 3 tablespoons of olive oil, careful not to burn it.
Roast the tomatoes and peaches under the broiler until blacken. Peal both of them.
Place garlic, onion, leek, olive oil, chipotles and adobe sauce, tomatoes, peaches, juice of the limes and orange, and generous portion of cilantro in the blender, blend until smooth. Salt to taste.
Also add sauce to cool.
Marinate your chicken in ⅔ of the sauce overnight, reserving extra for brushing while grilling and for the table.
You can also roast the chicken in the oven.
