1 bag Brownberry onion and sage stuffing cubes 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped onion ½ cup chopped green pepper 1 egg,beaten 2-3 cans low sodium chicken broth 1 stick butter/margarine
Melt butter in large frying pan, saute vegetables until soft. add to bread cubes. Break up sausage and saute in pan, drain well and add to bread cubes. Mix in egg and chicken broth. Place in buttered casserole dish and bake 30 min at 350. May be stuffed loosely into turkey or chicken, if desired.
