2 TSP FRESH THYME, CHOPPED
1 HABANERO OR SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER, ROASTED, PEELED AND SEEDED
3 TBSP SOY SAUCE
1 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL
1 TBSP CIDER VINEGAR
1 TSP KOSHER SALT
2 TSP GRANULATED SUGAR
1 TSP GROUND ALLSPICE
½ TSP GROUND NUTMEG
½ TSP GROUND CINNAMON
1 TSP TABLE GRIND BLACK PEPPER
